All Concurrent request going into error including ACTIVEUSERS

ISSUE - REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit

Solution -

1) cd $APPL_TOP/admin

2) vi adovars.env

Following two are pointing to some other path,

Change it as mentioned below

XXTA_TOP=/u06/TEST/TEST/appl/xxta/11.5.0

IZU_TOP=/u06/TEST/TEST/appl/izu/11.5.0

3) cd $FND_TOP/resource

vi pasta.cfg

Following variable is pointing to some other path,change it as per working environment

displayfontpath=/u06/TEST/TEST/appl/fnd/11.5.0/resource/ALBANYWT.ttf

4) Bounce the Application

5) Retest the issue
